Day-by-Day Itinerary
Day 1
Arrival in Cuiabá (Mato Grosso)
- Arrival in Cuiabá, where the team will welcome you
- Departure by vehicle toward Poconé, approximately 100 km
- Journey along the iconic Transpantaneira Highway with wildlife spotting
- Arrival at the lodge, check-in, and free time
- Dinner included
- Night safari, increasing the chances of spotting species with crepuscular and nocturnal habits, providing an even more complete experience
Day 2
Porto Jofre & Jaguars
- Breakfast very early morning at the lodge
- Transfer of approximately 45 minutes to Porto Jofre
- Boat tour on the Cuiabá River, focused on jaguar sightings
- Return to the lodge in the late afternoon
- Dinner included and free evening
Day 3
Activities in the Reserve & Safaris
- Breakfast served between 7:00 and 8:00 AM
- 2-hour walk through the reserve, exploring trails and observing local wildlife
- Return to the lodge for lunch
- At 3:00 PM, departure for a vehicle safari through different areas
- Dinner included
- After dinner, a night safari for nocturnal species
Day 4
Reserve Trail → Return to Cuiabá
- Breakfast. 06:30am to 8am
- Easy walk along the reserve trail, exploring nature and learning about the local ecosystem
- Departure to Cuiabá at 9 a.m., with estimated arrival depending on road conditions
